More than 100.000 examinations are performed
every year. Examinations by high technology machines CT and MR are carried
out in more than 10.000 patients. Intravenous application of contrast media
is used in diagnostic procedures for renal cortex while air insuflation
in bladder for diagnostic of infiltration of the wall. Biopsies of the
lung nodules and lesion of the liver are controled by CT and ECHO. More
then 4000 Ultra Sound examinations are carried out every year.
Selective angiography, superselective and nonselective are proceeded
in 700 patients while phlebography in 200 others. Interventional procedures
as percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of peripheral arteries with or
without application of thrombolitic agents, stenting, tumor embolisation
or arteriovenous fistulas embolisation are carried out.
Neuroradiology axaminations like myelography with water-soluble contrast
media, CT mielography and cysternography, MR studies of head and spine,
DSA of head and neck are proceeded.
Conventional diagnostic examinations like chest X-ray, CT, osteoarticular,
urogenital radiology as well es mamography are every day standard programme.
